Every single day someone, somewhere in the world follows this formula and turns an idea into a solution. People just like you and me are literally changing the world. They begin with little or no money, but have caring, creativity, and a will to make this earth a better place to be. By taking one small, bold step after another they turn their vision of something somehow better, into a reality.
We believe that these people have much to teach us, and that their stories will engage and inspire us all to take a small but bold step in our own lives.

We are a mother and teen daughter inspired by the beauty of this world and all the amazing, ordinary people living here together. So in June, 2010, we left our home in suburban Connecticut to experience more of the world and share our stories with you. We journeyed to some amazing places and met with people have transformed their ideas into action.
Since our return, we've been working on launching a project to share our experiences with you. We hope you will be inspired, learn more about other countries and cultures, and get insight into how you can have more positive impact in your world, too.
